Job summary

MasTec Industrial seeks an Instrumentation and Electrical Foreman to plan, supervise, and coordinate all phases of electrical installation, maintenance, repair and inspection on new or remodeled facilities. You will also plan daily activities for the crew and ensure on-time performance.

Responsibilities include interpreting specifications, monitoring quality, coordinating materials, and ensuring safety compliance. Travel to multiple job sites is required, with oversight of up to six+ workers.

Qualifications

• Experience reading and interpreting safety rules, manuals and drawings.
• Ability to preplan daily activities and coordinate crew efforts.
• Experience supervising and mentoring craft workers; ability to manage multiple crews.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret specifications and blueprints.
• Preplan daily activities and coordinate crew workload.
• Monitor quality and safety; enforce company policies.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure equipment readiness.
• Travel to project sites as needed; support site Superintendent.
