Job summary

Faith Technologies is hiring an Excellerate Electrician I to perform electrical assemblies, installations, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and completion of an apprenticeship (8,000 hours).

Travel is 10-25% with shifts that may be nights or days, including weekends and holidays. You will layout conduit and lighting, study blueprints, and work with a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, and completion of an apprenticeship or equivalent work experience (8,000 hours)
• Travel: 10-25%
• Work Schedule: Between the hours of 6am-6pm or 6pm to 6am depending on assigned shift. May vary based on customer demands and can include, but is not limited to: nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Layout conduit systems, lighting systems, basic control systems, and feeders.
• Analyze blueprints effectively and ensure projects meet specs and accuracy.
• Clean and maintain workstation, tools and manufacturing environment; follow safety procedures.
• Identify unsafe acts or conditions and report them in a timely manner.
• Provide technical assistance and mentorship to General Assemblers/Apprentices.
• Install motor feeders and make standard motor connections.
• Work as part of a team with minimal supervision and comply with safety requirements.
