Job summary

Citation Oil & Gas Corp. is seeking a third level Electrical Foreman to lead electrical team in the Region, overseeing installation, maintenance, safety, and cost optimization across operations.

You will diagnose problems, coordinate third-party services, ensure compliance with regulations, monitor bills, and report to the Region Superintendent. Must have 5+ years as Electrical Foreman and pass pulmonary and fit tests.

Qualifications

• High School education or G.E.D.
• Typically requires 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Foreman.
• Employment is contingent upon wearing all types of breathing air equipment and passing a pulmonary function test and a fit test.
• Successful completion of industry schools as scheduled by Citation.
• Successful completion of safety and regulatory training as scheduled by Citation.

Responsibilities

• Designs, installs, and maintains all electrical equipment and installations in the Region to ensure that all operations are safe, profitable, and efficient.
• Conducts all operations in a safe manner and in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations of the regulatory agencies.
• Makes repairs as required and oversees third-party services when necessary to utilize.
• Diagnose problems with all of Citation’s electrical equipment within the Region.
• Recommends improvements to supervisor.
• Familiarity with prices of goods and services from all available vendors in the region to ensure Citation receives the best value.
• Maintain working relationships with representatives of electrical power companies.
• Evaluate company operations in an effort to increase production by eliminating electrical downtime and lower operating costs.
• Monitors monthly electrical bills and reports any discrepancies to Region Superintendent.
• Sign and date field tickets related to all electrical work.
