Qualifications

• 10+ years of field experience as a commercial electrician.
• 3+ years of field experience as a Foreman overseeing large electrical projects.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professionalism.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with professionalism.
• Experience using company systems (emails, work orders, reports).
• Proficiency with ProCore, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Assists Project Manager with planning, organization, and staffing for assigned projects.
• Analyzes bid documents and site conditions to outline scope of work and requirements.
• Identifies risks in scope of work to ensure related costs are covered.
• Establishes objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards to complete scope per contract documents.
• Manages electricians, assigns tasks, and provides materials/equipment.
• Tracks crew labor hours, material procurement, scheduling equipment, and daily progress reports.
• Leads safety meetings and ensures proper PPE usage.
• Runs conduit and installs/terminates devices.
• Troubleshoots and conducts quality control testing.
• Conducts pre-bid surveys, kick-off meetings, progress walks, punch walks, turnover.
