Job summary

LeoForce is seeking an experienced Electrical General Foreman for a $50 million Bay Area development. You will lead 40–60 electricians from rough-in to commissioning, aligning with project management and other trades to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The role emphasizes NEC/Cal-OSHA compliance, safety leadership, and BIM-enabled installation strategies. Higher-education or student-housing project experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supervising large commercial or institutional electrical projects ($20M+)
• Proven success managing 30+ craftworkers as a General Foreman
• Expert knowledge of NEC and quality control standards
• Strong blueprint/BIM literacy and effective problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills in fast-paced environments
• Experience on higher-education or student-housing projects preferred

Responsibilities

• Direct, schedule, and motivate field crews; forecast manpower and material needs
• Coordinate daily with general contractor, campus officials, and other trades to resolve issues
• Enforce zero-incident safety culture and strict NEC/Cal-OSHA compliance
• Oversee QA/QC, review drawings, and implement BIM-driven installation strategies
• Track production, approve timecards, and report progress to project leadership
• Mentor foremen and apprentices, fostering continuous skill development
