Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced General Foreman to lead electrical operations on a multi-million dollar project in Berkeley, CA. This on-site, permanent role requires hands-on leadership, coordinating with project management, and ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule.

The ideal candidate has proven foreman-level experience on large commercial or institutional projects, strong crew management, and a solid knowledge of code and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven foreman-level experience on large-scale commercial/institutional electrical projects.
• Strong leadership and crew management skills.
• Ability to coordinate closely with PMs, superintendents, and other trades.
• Solid understanding of code, safety standards, and quality control.
• Experience with higher-ed or student housing projects is a plus.
