Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced General Foreman to lead electrical operations on a multi-million dollar project in Berkeley, CA. This on-site, permanent role requires hands-on leadership, coordinating with project management, and ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule.

The ideal candidate has proven foreman-level experience on large commercial or institutional projects, strong crew management, and a solid knowledge of code and safety standards.

Our team is looking for an experienced General Foreman to lead electrical operations on a $50 million electrical project.

This is a chance to take a hands-on leadership role on a major, high-visibility project in the Bay Area overseeing crews, coordinating with project management, and ensuring the work is done safely, on schedule, and to the highest standard.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience as a General Foreman on large-scale commercial/institutional electrical projects
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
