Job summary

Trillium Construction in Farmington, NM is actively hiring a Senior Electrical Foreman / Superintendent to oversee site operations on long-term utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.

This high-level supervisory role will manage 2–3 Electrical Foremen and their crews, ensuring safety, productivity, and on-time execution while coordinating with project management and clients.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a General Electrical Foreman or Senior Field Lead.
• Strong background in BESS, utility-scale solar, or large-scale industrial electrical projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple foremen and large field operations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and site-safety skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage 2–3 Electrical Foremen and their crews.
• Drive site productivity, safety compliance, and project workflow.
• Coordinate field execution on utility-scale BESS installations and electrical setups.
• Interface regularly with project management and clients to maintain timelines and quality.
