Trillium Construction is actively hiring a Senior Electrical Foreman / Superintendent to oversee site operations on long-term, utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in Flagstaff, AZ.

This high-level supervisory role will oversee 2 to 3 Electrical Foremen along with their crews, focusing on safety, productivity, and execution across multiple teams. We seek an experienced leader who excels at high-level field management, safety, and operational execution.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience as a General Electrical Foreman or Senior Field Lead.
• Strong background in BESS, utility-scale solar, or large-scale industrial electrical projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple foremen and large field operations effectively.
• Top-tier organizational, communication, and site-safety skills.
