Trillium Construction is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead a crew on long-term utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in Farmington, NM. You will supervise about 10 Journeymen and Apprentices, ensure safety, quality, and on-schedule execution.

The position offers competitive hourly pay of $47.28 and per diem of $144/day, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage and a 401(k) retirement plan. This is a long-term project with on-site work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman on commercial, industrial, or utility-scale projects.
• Direct experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is strongly preferred.

Pay rate is $47.28 / hour plusPer Diem: $144 / day (7 days/week for qualified candidates).

As an Electrical Foreman, you will directly supervise and direct a crew of approximately 10 Journeymen and Apprentice Electricians, ensuring high quality, strict safety compliance, and on-schedule execution.
