Job summary

Integra in Houston, TX is seeking a Field Service Solutions Specialist – Electrical to serve as the senior electrical SME, supporting the full lifecycle of electrical systems in our modular data centers. You will lead L2 troubleshooting, training for Field Service teams, and act as the primary electrical technical representative for complex client and vendor communications.

Embedded in manufacturing and field sites, you will interpret schematics, support factory testing, and travel to job sites

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
10-15 years of electrical field service, electrical maintenance, commissioning, or industrial installation experience; data centers preferred.
Vocational or technical training in Electrical Technology preferred.
Completion of an electrical apprenticeship preferred.
Coursework in power systems, controls, or automation preferred.
Experience providing technical leadership or training for electrical teams preferred.
Background in manufacturing, modular construction, or high-voltage environments desirable.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and manufacturing teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as the embedded electrical SME at Integra’s factories.
Lead L2 troubleshooting and remote diagnostic support for the Field Service team.
Provide feedback to engineering and manufacturing on recurring issues and improvements.
Travel to customer sites for complex electrical failures and commissioning.
Interpret electrical diagrams and controls documentation to determine root causes.
