Diamond Peak Recruiting seeks an Electrical Superintendent in Las Vegas to lead day-to-day field operations on large commercial and industrial construction projects throughout Southern Nevada. You will manage Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, and subcontractors, coordinating multiple electrical scopes from mobilization through final turnover.

This role requires strong safety, quality, and schedule discipline, plus collaboration with Project Managers, General Contractors, BIM/VDC teams, and other

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and field management experience on large electrical projects.
• Deep knowledge of NEC requirements and electrical installation practices.
• Ability to coordinate multiple scopes with PMs, GC and trades.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day electrical field operations on large commercial/industrial projects.
• Manage Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices and subcontractors.
• Plan manpower and schedule to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate electrical installations with general contractors and other trades.
