Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
7+ years electrical estimating experience in construction.
Ability to review constructability, sequencing, and cost impacts.

Responsibilities

Review blueprints and specs to prepare electrical estimates.
Develop MEP estimates with project leads.
Prepare takeoffs and pricing for new projects and change orders.
Collaborate with Sales and Pre-construction to define scope and deadlines.
Support value engineering discussions and alternate estimates.
