Universal Electrical Service, Inc. (UES) is currently hiring an experienced commercial Estimator/Project Manager with 5-10 years of team leadership, estimating, and project management experience within electrical construction projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to serve as the second-in-command at a growing expansion location, working closely with senior leadership to establish and scale operations in a relatively new market. This is a career-building opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership path with long-term growth potential.

Requirements

• Management and team lead experience in electrical contracting and bid negotiating
• Experience using automated/electronic software for electrical project estimating (Accubid)
• Experience in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints required
• Familiarity with updated NEC codes and experience in complying with OSHA safety requirements and regulations
• Computer literate and experienced in using MS Office suite of products
• Strong leadership skills, professional appearance, and excellent customer service skills
• Up to 15% travel time on-site at customer locations
