Qualifications
- Strong understanding of electrical construction and NECA codes.
- Experience from ground up.
- Experience writing contracts, scopes of work, bids.
- Read plans, prepare schedules, visit construction sites, direct foreman, assist VP Operations.
- Maintaining basic construction files.
Responsibilities
- Write scopes of work, bids and takeoffs.
- Order and track materials; read and interpret plans.
- Prepare schedules and supervise foremen; assist VP Operations.
- Oversee permits with public agencies.
- Negotiate with contractors/clients.
- Manage submittals, change orders and close-out documents.
