Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Electrical Department Lead to head the electrical group and join the firm’s long-term leadership team. The role requires 15+ years in MEP consulting and a strong background in building electrical design, client relations, and mentoring staff.

Ideal candidates will have experience guiding proposals, scoping, and business development across commercial, multifamily, senior living, education, and hospitality projects; a PE is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of MEP consulting experience.
• Strong building electrical design background.
• Experience managing and mentoring engineers/designers.
• Strong project management, client relations, and QA/QC experience.
• Experience with commercial, multifamily, senior living, education, and hospitality projects.
• Ability to lead projects, proposals, scoping, and business development.
• PE strongly preferred.
