Job summary

Chapel Electric Co., LLC in Dayton, OH is seeking an experienced Estimator to estimate contract work, interpret construction docs, and forecast project costs. This role works closely with Owners, Construction and Project Managers.

The Estimator will interact with subcontractors and suppliers, attend pre-bid meetings, and ensure complete scope of work is captured. A 5+ years estimating background and Accubid experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years’ estimating experience.
• Understanding construction docs and math skills.
• Accubid experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contracts, plans, and specs to create detailed estimates.
• Complete take-off within deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Define project requirements and obtain quotes from subs.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and ensure complete scope of work.
