Continental Electrical Construction Company seeks an electrical estimator to accurately determine labor costs for electrical construction projects. You will download project documents, organize estimates, and set up Accubid and Live Count, identifying gaps for accurate costing.

Responsibilities include assisting the Project Manager with WIP, change orders, and clear communication with field teams and clients, while developing detailed takeoffs and proposal letters.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in electrical construction industry experience.
• 3-4 years commercial electrical estimating experience.
• Ability to derive time and materials from CAD drawings and specs.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; Accubid experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Download project documents, organize estimates, set up Accubid and Live Count, and identify gaps.
• Support Project Manager in WIP management, change orders, and field/client communications.
• Produce takeoffs, estimate entry, quote review, and prepare proposal letters.
• Review scope with customers and define comeback items.
