Qualifications

• Lead the preparation of detailed electrical estimates for large projects.
• Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to determine scope and requirements.
• Perform quantity take-offs for electrical systems including power, lighting, low voltage, and special systems.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes; develop labor, material, and equipment cost estimates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bid proposals and participate in bid reviews and presentations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients during preconstruction.
• Maintain and update cost databases and estimating tools.
