Job summary

P1 Construction, LLC is seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator for our Lenexa, Kansas office. This role leads the estimating team, computes cost factors, prepares bids, and coordinates with vendors and subcontractors to support project planning.

The ideal candidate has ten or more years of electrical estimating experience, a related degree or equivalent, and proficiency with Accubid Anywhere or Enterprise. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a safety-driven, family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction/electrical fields.
• Ten+ years electrical estimating experience in a contractor setting is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Compute cost factors and prepare estimates for planning, bids and scheduling.
• Lead the estimating team and coordinate training and assignments.
• Review market potential with Marketing to align bids with company goals.
• Promote company capabilities to key decision makers.
• Consult with clients/vendors to resolve estimate issues.
• Identify cost trends to support cost reduction and process improvement.
