The role requires 5 years of electrical estimating experience, familiarity with non-residential bids of $250k+, and proficiency in estimating software. A strong technical background and reliable project collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years of electrical construction estimating experience with a contractor.
• Bids on non-residential projects typically $250,000+.
• Experience in industrial, healthcare, critical power or heavy commercial sectors preferred.
• Familiarity with estimating software such as Accubid Anywhere or Enterprise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for management planning, bids, and vendor selection.
• Collaborate with Marketing to review market potential for bids.
• Promote company capabilities when engaging with owners and general contractors.
• Consult with clients and vendors to discuss estimates and resolve issues.
• Identify cost trends to support cost reduction and process improvements.
