Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 8+ years in estimating large commercial projects.
• Experience with Accubid and LiveCount Estimating Software is a plus.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates requests for estimates.
• Ensures estimates are completed in a timely manner.
• Reads bid documents, specs and drawings; performs take-offs with accuracy.
• Prepares bids from conceptual to design‑assist stages.
• Overlays drawings for scope changes using Bluebeam or Live Count.
• Leads, mentors, and trains junior estimators and estimators alike.
