Qualifications

• 8+ years in estimating or cost control in electrical construction.
• Data Center and Accubid experience.
• Strong leadership ability.
• Design-build quality project experience preferred.
• Hyperscale data center experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Prepares cost estimates for electrical construction projects from $20M-$100M.
• Writes proposals capturing scope and costs.
• Leads Proposal Review Process for estimates.
• Acts as front-line contact in estimating and business development.
• Leads estimators and preconstruction team in estimates/proposals.
• Develops estimating standards and best practices.
