Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets and cost codes for projects.
• Assist in the preparation of technical proposals.
• Gather data for bid proposal estimates.
• Run day-to-day operations of a project.
• Develop project schedules using the Critical Path Method.
• Perform take-offs from drawings.
• Identify change orders and ensure effective resolution.
