Job summary

Titan Electric, a leading electrical contractor, is seeking a Chief Electrical Estimator for a hybrid Duluth, GA role. You will oversee the full estimating process, evaluate complex drawings and specifications, and align bids with execution strategies. You will mentor a growing team and strengthen vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing.

The position demands 10+ years in electrical estimating with leadership experience and deep NEC/NFPA expertise. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

10+ years in electrical estimating, with at least 3 years in leadership.
Strong NEC and NFPA knowledge; able to read one-lines and drawings.
Experience on commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
Proficient in estimating software: Accubid, Trimble, Bluebeam or similar.
Leadership that fosters collaboration and accountability.

Responsibilities

Lead the full estimating process for complex electrical projects from bid to proposal.
Evaluate drawings, specs, and scope to build complete cost estimates.
Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and preconstruction teams to align estimates with execution.
Mentor estimators to grow technical expertise and confidence.
Build relationships with vendors for best pricing and insights.
Contribute to strategic project selection and competitive pricing.
