Job summary

Titan Electric is seeking a Chief Electrical Estimator in Duluth, GA, with a hybrid schedule. You’ll lead the estimating team, set benchmarks for accuracy, and drive pricing strategies for complex electrical projects.

You will evaluate drawings and specifications, coordinate with PMs and engineers, and mentor a team to deliver on-time, error-free bids that win work while protecting field budgets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in electrical estimating, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and industry standards.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, or mission‑critical projects.
• Proficiency in estimating software (Accubid, Trimble, Bluebeam, or similar).
• The ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, one-lines, and specifications.
• Leadership skills that inspire collaboration, accountability, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full estimating process for complex electrical projects—from bid review through final proposal.
• Evaluate drawings, specifications, and scope to build complete, accurate cost estimates.
• Partner with PMs, engineers, and preconstruction teams to align estimates with execution strategies.
• Mentor and coach estimators, helping them grow technical expertise and confidence.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, ensuring best pricing and insights.
• Contribute to strategy: decide projects to pursue, stay competitive, and where to innovate.
