Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in the United States is seeking a Land & Shipboard Effector Guidance Systems Lead to provide technical guidance and supervision across the program lifecycle, collaborating with Raytheon factories and suppliers to drive data-based decisions on electrical design and production.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior Engineering experience.
• Experience with system engineering, production engineering, or production test engineering.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects and working with missile guidance subsystems.

Responsibilities
