Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a senior Electrical Engineer in Roy, UT, to lead what matters for the Sentinel Program. You will decompose complex requirements, run trade studies, and guide a cross-functional team through design and verification activities.

You will mentor engineers, manage workloads, and ensure proper training and tools are available. A DoD Secret clearance is required, with SAP eligibility and strong leadership experience in electrical hardware design.

Qualifications

• BS in STEM with 8 years of experience or MS with 6 years in a related field.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required; SAP access within a reasonable time.
• At least 1 year of proven leadership and team collaboration.
• 1+ year leading electrical design projects and driving schedule performance.
• 5+ years in Electrical Hardware design and wiring/schematics development.
• Familiarity with CAD tools and electrical design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to decompose requirements and conduct trade studies.
• Ensure training, tools, and access for design engineers.
• Develop and review engineering packages for lifecycle management release.
