Job summary

Arup is seeking an Electrical Engineering Leader in Houston to guide complex electrical systems design and project delivery for multi-disciplinary teams. You will mentor engineers, lead project delivery from planning to construction, and expand client relationships across healthcare, education, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, a Texas P.E. or eligibility within six months, and 15+ years of leadership experience in electrical design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• P.E. license in Texas or eligibility to obtain within six months.
• 15+ years of experience designing and leading electrical systems for complex building projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary projects as Project Manager and/or Engineer of Record.
• Provide technical leadership for electrical systems including power, lighting, controls, and smart building tech.
• Develop client relationships and expand Arup's Buildings business in Houston and the Western U.S.
