Job summary

Arcadis in the Northeast is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with a strong water/wastewater background to join our Resilience Water team. You will lead electrical power distribution, controls, lighting, fire alarm, access control and communications design for our facilities and clients.

You will develop design criteria, prepare diagrams, plans and specifications, support construction through submittal reviews and RFIs, and monitor budgets and schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) and consulting experience.
• Strong design and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for water/wastewater projects and facilities.
• Develop design criteria, diagrams, plans, and specs.
• Support construction with submittals, RFIs, and site inspections.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage budgets/schedules.
