Job summary

Geosyntec Consultants seeks an Electrical Engineer to advance our electrical design and automation practice. The role supports water and wastewater projects from multiple U.S. offices or remote work, with potential for home-office work at the company's discretion.

Responsibilities include design, documentation, startup support, and client coordination. ABET-accredited EE degree and 7+ years of experience are required; U.S. citizenship is needed for federal projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from ABET-accredited program.
• Professional registration (P.E.) preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience in process or related.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA and IEEE codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review electrical design for power systems and controls.
• Perform load flow analyses, short-circuit studies, and device coordination.
• Prepare drawings and documentation including single lines and schematics.
• Collaborate with clients, regulators, and project teams.
