Delta Solutions & Strategies invites applications for a Senior Electrical Engineer to support Space Systems Command activities at Los Angeles AFB in El Segundo, CA. You will lead electrical, space and ground hardware integration, testing, readiness, and sustainment to meet mission needs.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in space systems and hardware integration, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate across Government and contractor teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical, space and ground hardware designs, and integration.
• Experience leading technical/analytical efforts across Government and contractor teams.
• Ability to review requirements, drawings, interfaces, and test documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical or analytical tasks across multiple stakeholders.
• Review work products, resolve issues, and mentor junior staff.
• Assess electrical and related hardware designs for compliance with requirements and mission needs.
• Support spacecraft, payload, ground systems, and cryptographic interfaces integration.
• Review drawings, specifications, test plans, readiness products, and change proposals.
• Monitor integration and test activities, identifying discrepancies and proposing solutions.
• Provide technical assessments, briefs, and recommendations for Government review.
• Communicate clearly with Government leads and partner organizations.
