Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience.
• Active Journeyman License.
• Proven experience managing direct reports and leading engineering teams.
• Hands‑on experience with high and medium voltage systems and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design and execution for complex facilities.
• Supervise and develop a team of approximately 12.
• Manage power distribution, lighting systems, transformers, and PLCs.
• Coordinate closely with project management teams.
