EXP is seeking a Senior / Principal High-Voltage & HVDC Substation Electrical Engineer in Columbus, Ohio. This role involves designing and reviewing HV and EHV systems, providing technical leadership, and managing multiple projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 8+ years of experience in high-voltage projects, and a Professional Engineer license. Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in high-voltage and extra-high-voltage substation engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. energy and utility market.

Responsibilities

• Function as a senior technical authority and design lead in MV, HV, and EHV substations.
• Perform and direct the detailed electrical and physical design of utility substations.
• Provide technical leadership on EHV system considerations.
