Siemens seeks a seasoned electrical engineering leader to guide and mentor a team across product development, customer, procurement, and factory support. You will direct hands-on development from concept to final release at the on-site factory and allocate critical resources to multiple programs.

The role requires a strong background in electrical hardware, HVAC controls, and experience managing development teams. Proficiency with PCB, PLM, ERP tools, and Siemens Xpedition is highly valued.

Formación

• Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least five years of electrical hardware development experience.
• At least two years of people management experience.
• Familiarity with commercial HVAC control components.
• Experience managing development teams.
• Working knowledge of PCB, business, PLM, and ERP tools; Siemens Xpedition, TeamCenter, SAP, IBM Jazz, and EMC testing experience preferred.
