Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• P.E. license preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience with launch of commercial products.
• Strong system-level design and compliance expertise.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee electrical architecture of new products.
• Lead analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design.
• Guide prototyping and validation to meet design requirements.
• Collaborate with product, mechanical, manufacturing, and software teams.
• Lead design reviews for quality, compliance, and manufacturability.
• Ensure designs meet UL, CE, FCC, and RoHS standards.
• Lead root cause analysis of failures and implement corrective actions.
• Incorporate reliability, EMI/EMC, and thermal management best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and technicians; drive design process improvements.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and IP development opportunities.
• Oversee timelines and budget per Product Development Process.
