Cordoba Corporation seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer (Sustainability) to support bond-eligible capital projects in the Los Angeles area. You will guide design, procurement, construction, commissioning and closeout with the Sustainability Strike Team, coordinating with PMO, CPTs, and utility providers.

The ideal candidate holds a CA PE, a BE in Electrical Engineering, 7+ years of experience, and deep knowledge of Title 24, NEC, CALGreen, PV/BESS, EV charging, and building electrification.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Current California PE license in Electrical Engineering.
• Seven or more years of professional electrical engineering experience in design, construction, or facilities infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of California energy codes, Title 24, NEC, CALGreen, and related standards.
• Preferred: PE-LEED/CHPS experience and California community college projects.

Aufgaben

• Serve as electrical engineering SME across Districtwide sustainability initiatives.
• Conduct assessments of electrical infrastructure and recommend upgrades.
• Develop conditions assessment reports and SOW inputs for projects.
• Support design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout activities.
• Apply CA energy codes, CALGreen, and building electrification principles.
