Anduril Industries is seeking an Electrical Engineer for the Space Imaging team to define electrical architectures for space-qualified EO/IR sensor payloads. You will lead power distribution, harness interfaces, EMI/ESD protections, and high-speed communications while maturing designs into flight hardware.

You will collaborate with firmware, mechanical, optical, and systems engineers to bring-up and test prototypes, and you may lead small teams through concept to system definition.

Formación

• Education: a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering is typically required.
• Experience: 8+ years in power, interface, or mixed-signal electronics for harsh environments.
• Experience with isolated DC/DC, EMI filters, and transient suppression required.
• Familiarity with MIL-STD-461/464 EMI/EMC design and test methods.
• Connector, pin/harness definition, and derating analysis experience.
• Debugging skills with oscilloscopes, multimeters, and protocol analyzers.
• Ability to use schematic capture and circuit simulation tools and perform worst-case analysis.
• US Person status is required to access export controlled data.
• Eligible for an active U.S. Secret clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own electrical architecture for EO/IR sensor payloads, including power distribution and interfaces.
• Design, analyze, and test isolated DC/DC power conversion and EMI filtering.
• Select connectors, define pin assignments, and establish shielding and bonding schemes.
• Design and support high-speed Ethernet (10GbE) and RS-422/I2C/SPI interfaces.
• Support EMI/EMC qualification tests and ESD protection design.
• Radiation-tolerant component selection for space/tactical environments.
• Perform parts derating analyses and support hybrid microelectronics selection.
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, optical, and systems engineers for bring-up and verification.
• Develop and execute test procedures using lab equipment to validate designs.
