Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to design and develop spaceborne EO/IR sensor payloads, define electrical architecture from concept to production, and lead small engineering teams.

You will own electrical architecture for payload assemblies, ensure EMI/EMC, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute to bring-up and verification testing for space defense systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years designing power, interface, or mixed-signal electronics for space/defense systems.
• Experience designing isolated DC/DC power conversion, EMI filters, and transient/over-voltage protection.

Responsabilités

• Define and own electrical architecture for EO/IR sensor payloads, including power distribution and interfaces.
• Design, analyze, and test isolated power conversion and EM/EMC protection for low-voltage DC systems.
• Select connectors, define pinouts, perform derating analyses, and establish shielding schemes for EMI/EMC compliance.
• Develop test procedures for high-speed interfaces (10GbE, RS-422, I2C, SPI) and validate designs with lab equipment.
• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, optical, and systems teams to bring up and verify sensor payloads.
