Jobot is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer in Poway, CA to lead design, development, testing, and production support for rugged embedded electrical systems used in military and industrial platforms.

You will design analog/digital circuits, manage PCB layout with Cadence Allegro, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet IPC and military standards. A degree is preferred and hands-on lab work is essential.

Qualificações

• Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Strong fundamentals in analog and digital design.
• Experience with PCB design and Cadence Allegro.
• Experience taking products from design to production.
• Hands-on lab experience with hardware bring-up and debugging.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop electrical components and systems for military and commercial applications.
• Prepare drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Support hardware bring-up and qualification testing in on-site MIL-SPEC lab.
• Coordinate with engineering, customers, and manufacturing to ensure compliance.
• Develop and update documentation policies and procedures.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers.
