Titus Talent Strategies is seeking a senior Electrical Hardware Design Lead to guide the design and development of ruggedized hardware, covering high-speed digital, analog, and power circuits. You will oversee PCB layout, prototype bring-up, testing, validation, and manufacturing support, while mentoring junior engineers and driving technical excellence.

• Candidates must have aerospace or defense industry experience, strong PCB design and laboratory testing skills, and the ability to lead technical projects while remaining hands-on.
