Job summary

Global Technical Systems in Huntsville, AL seeks an Electrical Engineer III to design, prototype, test and verify complex systems and electronic modules for munitions and energetics related programs.

You will apply systems, hardware, and software knowledge to design and redesign products, perform analyses, and collaborate across electrical, mechanical, and systems teams to deliver high-reliability government-approved solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience.
• BS or BA in Engineering Science.

Responsibilities

• Design electronic circuits, including digital, analog and power distribution.
• Create schematics and PCB layouts using CAD software.
• Lead, perform, and/or support electrical system integration, test, and analysis.
• Lead and mentor junior team members; collaborate with senior members.
• Provide original design inputs to development of electrical projects.
• Interact with customers, vendors, engineers, and program management to complete projects.
