Job summary

Ultra Maritime, LLC in Victor, NY is seeking a senior Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and test digital and analog circuits for ASW receiver systems. You will work closely with a small team across design, test, and production to deliver robust electronics.

You will mentor junior engineers, perform DFMEA and reliability estimates, and contribute to customer verification and validation efforts. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology.
• 7+ years of experience designing digital and analog circuits.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with peers and management.
• Extensive knowledge of electronic circuit design – analog, digital, power, RF assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of digital and analog circuits with component selection and schematic capture.
• Oversight for design deliverables and design reviews.
• DFMEA creation and reliability estimation.
• Provide electrical engineering input into project estimation, planning and execution.
