Job summary

Harriman Associates seeks an experienced electrical engineer to work on diverse projects in a collaborative, full-service firm. You will lead independent engineering analyses, design electrical systems, and produce detailed drawings, calculations, and specifications.

Proficiency with Revit and PDF editing is required, with a minimum of five years of licensed practice. Hybrid work and a comprehensive benefits package are offered to support a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering (4 years minimum).
• Ability to complete small and medium projects with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with Revit and PDF editing software.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Act independently on engineering methods and calculations across diverse projects.
• Plan and design electrical equipment and components; evaluate and select solutions.
• Coordinate with landscape architects and architectural teams within a full-service firm.
• Develop detailed system designs, drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Produce contract drawings in Revit and, when needed, delegate work on larger projects.
• Possibility to perform project management on small projects.
