Job summary

Harriman is seeking a licensed Electrical Designer to join our team. This role involves learning under a licensed engineer, applying electrical design methods, and working with architectural and engineering studios to deliver coordinated project plans.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering. Proficiency in Revit, PDF editing tools, and Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years of electrical design experience.
• Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering (2+ years preferred).
• Familiar with engineering project structures and common software tools.
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Revit and PDF editing software.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform electrical design tasks under supervision.
• Apply code requirements and design methods to project plans.
• Take on tasks with increasing independence on small projects.
• Collaborate with project team to ensure successful project phases.
• Visit existing structures to assess conditions and inputs.
