Job summary

Syska Hennessy Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Electrical Engineer IV/Senior Engineer to join our team. The role involves creating basic designs, developing system narratives, and producing detailed layouts for a range of projects.

Candidates should have a PE license (or EIT/FE), LEED AP preferred, and strong REVIT/AutoCAD MEP skills. Experience in a consulting environment and field/QA tasks is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from an Accredited Institution.
• 7+ years of experience in a consulting firm.
• PE license required if Senior Engineer; EIT/FE required.
• LEED AP highly preferred.
• REVIT and AutoCAD MEP experience and proficiency in design software.

Responsibilities

• Create basic designs under the direction of Senior Engineer/Senior Designer.
• Develop specifications, system narratives, and layouts for varied projects.
• Establish design/operational parameters under supervision.
• Participate in QA/QC and assist in scheduling, budgeting, and field tasks.
• Assist with RFIs, Change Orders, Bulletins, and Addenda.
