Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with IEC 60601-1 and IEC 60601-1-2 medical standards.
• Experience with medical device design controls and documentation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate with leadership.
• Experience with Altium Designer and circuit simulation tools.
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance testing.

Responsibilities

• Support integration of renal denervation capital equipment across design and compliance.
• Define compliance strategies for IEC 60601-1 family.
• Perform compliance testing and write test protocols.
• Create schematics, layouts, BOMs using Altium Designer.
• Simulate circuits with PSpice or similar.
• Communicate project updates to senior leadership and manage risk.
• Assist with electrical lab equipment qualifications and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Train technicians and interns as needed.
• Investigate components and best practices; maintain patient safety.
