Job summary

You will own systems development, verification, and cross-functional collaboration across design, manufacturing, and quality to deliver innovative, compliant medical technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of electrical systems engineering experience (or 8+ with advanced degree)
• Experience with regulated medical devices and design controls
• Leadership of cross-functional electrical engineering workstreams
• Experience with RF generators, systems integration, and verification/validation

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end electrical engineering activities across concepts, architecture, design, verification, and lifecycle support.
• Own electrical systems development, integration, and characterization for the RF ablation generator.
• Ensure rigorous requirements coverage and traceability from system to electrical hardware.
• Partner with systems and architects to translate architecture into executable engineering solutions.
• Provide technical mentorship and drive quality and risk management across the program.
