CP Engineers in Parsippany, NJ seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design for power distribution, lighting, energy, and control systems across commercial and municipal projects. You will mentor junior engineers and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure accurate, compliant outputs.

The role requires NJ PE licensure, 7–10 years of electrical engineering experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD.

• Strong leadership and mentoring ability with experience guiding junior engineers.
• Proven capability in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing project delivery.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with client interaction experience.

Mansioni

• Lead electrical design for power, lighting, controls across commercial and municipal projects.
• Review, seal, and sign electrical drawings and calculations in compliance with codes.
• Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and water resources teams to deliver complete plan sets.
• Support field teams with site visits, RFIs, submittals, and punch lists.
• Maintain QA/QC standards and stay current with electrical codes and standards.
