Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and delivery of complex projects in a 100% remote role. This hands-on position offers technical ownership, client interaction, and an opportunity to mentor a design team.

Responsibilities include leading design, applying electrical and building codes, coordinating with disciplines, budgeting, and QA/QC. Required: BS in EE, 8+ years' experience, Revit proficiency, strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering required.
• 8+ years of electrical engineering experience.
• Proficiency with Revit and engineering modeling tools.
• Strong knowledge of electrical/building codes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering design, calculations, and construction documents
• Apply applicable electrical and building codes and engineering standards
• Coordinate designs with other disciplines and project teams
• Develop project budgets, schedules, and manpower estimates
• Review drawings, perform QA/QC, and resolve design conflicts
• Communicate directly with clients and project leadership
• Mentor and oversee junior engineers and designers
